Keyboards are used very frequently during their life cycle in industrial automation. The problem of wearing these devices out if therefore fairly eminent. Depending on type of machine or its specific function even the loss of function of just one or two keys can lead to severe problems in operating the system. Difficult surroundings within the production site ( heat, dust, moisture ) can lead to a malfunction of the built in electronic parts and expecially the individual keys. Should the whole system be rather old or discontinued long ago alongside with quite difficult means of availability for spear parts the whole situation will get even more hard to handle. EICHLER will offer independent service on repair and ensures the function of production facilities even after a certain life-time cycle stated by the manufacturer. Full trial runs give you the guarantee of the highest possible level on repair service and function of the part sent to us. The item returned to is fitted with a 24 months warranty. If you wish to have an optional test of all parameters we are able to extend this warranty up to 30 months.
