EICHLER GmbH represents competence, innovation and value orientation. It is the leading electronics service center for modern repair solutions.
The company's development is characterized by steady and sustainable growth. More than 250 employees and trainees in the technical and commercial areas already work at the Pürgen site.
New employees receive extensive induction training and are thoroughly prepared for their future tasks. All employees can take advantage of in-house training courses and gain qualifications that go beyond their existing qualifications.
Once again this year, EICHLER GmbH opened its doors for Girls' Day on April 27. The purpose of this day is to give young schoolgirls their first insights into apprenticeships in the fields of trades, technology, natural sciences and IT.
We were able to give four schoolgirls from the Landsberg am Lech district an insight into the world of technology. They were introduced to the training occupation of electronics technician for devices and systems with a comprehensive program. The girls were accompanied by our training officer, Sarah Brenner. Sarah herself took part on Girls' Day in 2017 and then decided to start an apprenticeship as an electronics technician at EICHLER.
The girls were allowed to solder a roulette wheel independently under the supervision of 2nd year apprentices. This involved soldering LEDs, resistors and a few other small components onto circuit boards. Of course, the young women were allowed to take their little project home with them as a souvenir.
The day ended with a factory tour. This provided a deeper insight into the company and clarified any unanswered questions.
The entire EICHLER GmbH team wishes the girls all the best for their future careers.
