To ensure that each of the more than 22,000 repairs or used equipment sold annually creates the maximum benefit for the customer, it is necessary to implement a quality management system at the highest level that meets national and international standards. Important is the careful use of available resources.
EICHLER combines different approaches and certifications in an integrated management system (IMS). These include the following:

In this way, concepts such as "repair quality" or "sustainability" are deeply rooted in the corporate culture and become part of the daily actions of the employees.

Ensuring the functionality of your automation technology has been EICHLER's top priority for more than 40 years. Every repair and every sold device is tested for its functionality with the help of unique testing technology before shipment.
A 24-month guarantee and warranty mean a plus in safety for plant operator and business card for outstanding service quality.
30 Months Warranty and Guarantee
Unique in the industry - The latest generation of automated test benches gives you the opportunity to subject sensitive or system-relevant assemblies to an optionally bookable extended test.
All device functions and interfaces are tested under realistic operating conditions. The functionality is documented in a detailed test protocol. In addition, the guarantee and warranty is extended to a unique 30 months.

ISO 9001:2015
Our quality philosophy focuses on the effective management of the service quality as expected of us by our customers. This does not only mean that contractual obligations must be met, but also includes meeting current expectations and needs of our customers.
Our integrated management system IMS aims at the fostering and development of customer and quality orientated conduct and behavior. At the same time we are able to identify areas relevant to environment and security and integrate them into our organizational processes.
Regular staff training, comprehensive internal documentation and information management, as well as quality-based selection of suppliers and partners, all ensure our high level of quality.
The ISO 9001 certification was first issued in July 2011 and confirmed in July 2017.
ISO 14001:2015
Environmental protection is a central theme in all areas of our company. We use natural resources sparingly and abide by all relevant laws and legal requirements. Our environmental management is based on environmental policy and ensures that environmental sustainability of our processes is continuously improved and optimized.
Our company leadership monitors compliance with our environmental management, including assessment of the relevant environmental data.

Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz-Management nach ISO 45001:2018
Das wichtigste Kapital in einem Dienstleistungsunternehmen sind die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Daher sind die Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz, der Gesundheitsschutz und eine ergonomische Arbeitsgestaltung elementare Grundpfeiler in den betrieblichen Abläufen und Arbeitsprozessen der EICHLER GmbH. Durch dieses neue Schutzsystem können wir den Boden für eine umfassende gesunde Unternehmenskultur bereiten.
Für die Geschäftsleitung war es daher naheliegend, das vorhandene Managementsystem mit einem funktionierenden Arbeitsschutzsystem zu ergänzen.
Die seit März 2018 geltende Norm ISO 45001 legt als einziger internationaler Standard die Anforderungen an ein betriebliches Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsmanagementsystem fest. Die Zertifizierung wurde erstmalig im November 2020 erteilt.
Nuclear Safety Committee 1401
In September, EICHLER received the confirmation of suitability for quality assurance in accordance with safety standard KTA 1401 from the VGB working group "Contractor Assessment". As one of the first service providers, EICHLER is able to repair and sell components of automation and control technology in the nuclear field.
Certification in accordance with KTA 1401 is required for the provision of services in the nuclear field. During auditing, all system- and product-specific quality assurance processes are subject to strict control by VGB in order to ensure that the contracting companies meet the special requirements in the nuclear field. In addition to comprehensive documentation, this includes a quality management system as well as outstanding testing and diagnostic capabilities and a continuous transfer of knowledge between the contractor and the client.

EICHLER uses unique scanning technology that is able to detect any kind of error. Our unique test system is working across manufacturers and devices.
Our engineers are checking all functions of the component in a variety of highly automated test cycles. In addition, vibration and temperature tests can be run to simulate real operating conditions. After the test, you get a detailed report with all results for your documentation!
